This service allows Bahrain Post customers to include an “Acknowledgment of Receipt” card when sending postal items—locally or internationally—via ordinary mail, registered mail, parcels, or express mail. Once the item is delivered, the recipient signs and returns the card, providing the sender with official confirmation of delivery.

 

Service Requirements and Required Documents

  • Applicant’s ID card.
  • Completion of the Advice of Delivery form.
  • Sender and recipient information must be written clearly and completely on the postal item.
  • This service can only be added to other mail services and cannot be used as an independent service.

 

Steps to Use the Service

  • Request the service from the post office counter staff.
  • Complete the Advice of Delivery form.
  • Pay the applicable fees and receive a payment receipt.
